Founded in 2016, Crown Home Buying and Letting is a boutique estate agency with a portfolio of luxury apartments in the heart of London; We specialise in selling and renting luxury apartments in the most iconic buildings throughout central London.


The role

With our increasing presence on social media and the growing popularity on our Youtube, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious videographer/photographer to join our property video production team.

The ideal candidate will

• Have an excellent eye for detail
• Be a team player
• Have a breadth of experience in photographing a wide range of different properties
• Have an uncanny ability to bring out the unique character of every property 
• Be an expert property photographer who is passionate and has a deep understanding of the technology 
• Have expert knowledge on utilising the right camera lens to achieve the best angles, lighting and staging for every shot 
• Be a creative thinker who is able to envision the end goal bring properties to life on a digital display

Key responsibilities

• Filming video tours of apartments
• Video editing
• Photographing apartments
• Editing images
• Creating content to publish across social platforms
• Creating marketing content
• Assisting with pre/post-production ideas and planning
• Working closely with both the sales and lettings team to think outside the box to promote properties and developments

You must

• Have a skilled understanding of Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Extensive knowledge on using Sony A7iii camera

Background

• 2 years experience working within video production or similar
• Degree in film production or equivalent
