Main Responsibilities:

Client Account

  • Overseeing and maintaining client accounts
  • Preparing monthly client account reports for the Letting’s Director
  • Preparing landlord statements
  • Recording and preparing invoices
  • Preparing quarterly and annual NRL tax reports
  • Assisting overseas landlord with NRL1 applications
  • Managing rent arrears
  • Allocating invoices, deposit refunds to landlords 
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and any other 3rd parties 
  • Supporting the Finance Manager in preparing quarterly and annual income analysis for clients


Business account management

  • Managing company Xero accounts, including VAT returns
  • Recording and preparing relevant business invoices
  • Assisting with business financial reports
  • Carrying out general administration duties (filing, scanning, etc) 
  • Assist Statutory Accounts Preparation


Skills required:

  • A degree in finance or accounting preferred  
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping and accounting  
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ideally experienced in the estate agency industry
  • A confident and professional phone manner
