Aspen is located in the 'supernova' Consort Place in the new financial city of London. It is a brand new community integrating hotels, restaurants, parks and schools.

The exterior of the building is designed by Pilbrow&Partners with a total height of 63 floors; the interior and space design is carried out by HBA, combined with the unique location, and clever use of the advantages of natural lighting and landscape, to create a brand new iconic residence. The owner’s facilities are divided into three parts. The top floor is a 180-degree executive lounge and a viewing terrace; the 21st and 22nd floors are equipped with business offices, gyms, spas, cinemas, dinner halls, and wine cellars; the second floor is indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. There are subway, light rail and Elizabeth line within walking distance, which can easily reach the major commercial streets in London.
